SHEMER: Laurie Fagen was one of 38 selected as a featured artist in the In Celebration of Women II exhibit. Her piece "Eye Contact" will move to the Shemer Center May 24 - July 13, 5005 E. Camelback Rd., Phoenix. 

 

VISIONS ART MUSEUM: Two Fagen Designs small 6X6 fiber pieces will be part of the Visions Art Museum's 15th Anniversary at Liberty Station in San Diego. Exhibit date TBD: www.visionsartmuseum.org

 

SACRED THREADS: "Eye Contact: creating a connection," has finished its almost 5 years of traveling, and my two pieces are home. LAURIE ON KAET-TV: Check out KAET-TV's Horizon show from Feb. 10, 2019  at https://azpbs.org/horizon/2020/02/fiber-art-exhibit/ or www.azpbs.org for a story about her fiber piece "Life After Death," from the "Huggernaut: Fiber Arts of Love" exhibit at the Scottsdale Civic Center Public Gallery. It's the story in fabric, beads and quilting of her journey following the passing of her husband, Geoff Hancock, eight years ago.
